I modeled the walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, raising platform, glowing tiles, and created the vertex painting shader. I also created the master material for the assets.
I then painted everything with the vertex shader to break up the tiling textures.

Lighting and particles were done by Randall Manning.
The tree, doors, pillars and the lizard head were done by Daniel Galvan.
Some UDK assets (Rocks, grass blades, foliage, and torch pipes) were used.
